IASTM techniques provide an effective complement to manual soft tissue mobilizations. These techniques utilize custom stainless steel instruments to assist in soft tissue therapy.


IASTM is not aggressive and does not cause excessive tissue damage. It is readily integrated into other manual therapy techniques to provide safe, effective soft tissue treatment and mobilization.

Yoga Therapy

Our small group yoga therapy classes are designed to complement your current health care needs.

We offer distinct programming. General Yoga Therapy programs for optimal physical and mental well-being, and Condition-Specific Yoga Therapy programs to help recover and rehabilitate from a specific injury or condition. These classes will change periodically and may include; Yoga for Low Back Pain/Disc Injury, Yoga for Neck and Sitting / Postural Strain, Yoga for Shoulder Injury and Yoga for Movement Disorders (i.e. Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's).

Yoga - Low Back & Hips

This class is slow, gentle and offers a deep opening for the muscles around the hips, lower back and legs.

Throughout the 6 week series you will find yourself exploring postures in: prone, kneeling, seated and standing variations. The pose will be modified to meet your abilities / limitations. Our hips stabilize and support the entire body through all ranges-of-motion. The class will focus on decompressing the hips and stimulating the quadriceps, hamstrings, calves and groin. This will enable an increase in your mobility and ease of movement,  as well lower your risk to injury. All levels of experience are welcome.

Yin Yoga

The intention of this 60-minute class is to increase your mobility, while calming the nervous system. Gentle and deep stretches with longer holds encourage the body to open slowly. 
Feel the support with the use of bolsters, blocks, eye pillows and belts. Victoria will assist with hands-on adjustments to your positioning. Allow yourself the opportunity to rejuvenate and restore in this self-care class.  
All levels of experience are welcome.

Dr. Holliday takes great care of people and their physical challenges/ailments. His professional and personal approach to getting to understand the person, their lifestyle, their ambitions and their challenges before addressing the situation in a caring, respectful and incredibly effective manner has restored many members of my immediate and extended family to the active and healthy lifestyle they all want to lead.

I would like to thank Dr. Jeff Holliday for his excellent service to my family over many years.  He started as a sports therapist to my daughter who was playing premier level soccer.  My husband and I are runners and became his patients because of running injuries and a vehicle accident which resulted in whiplash. He was always very professional and caring, and we trusted him implicitly. Because of his expert care and guidance we have all been able to continue in our various sports and activities.

I first went to see Dr. Holliday for lower back pain, caused by sitting at work all day. Dr. Holliday won me over on my first visit. He stated that "what will help the most is what you do when you're not here." He gave me exercises to help strengthen stabilizer muscles and increase flexibility. He told me to do my exercises and come back in a few weeks to see how I've improved. He is now an integral part in maintaining my overall health. He is also very approachable and an all-around good guy!
